ABOUT THE SHOW
Norm Foster is considered to be Canada's most produced playwright. THE LONG WEEKEND is blissfully old-fashioned and flat-out hilarious - the kind of comedy that used to keep Broadway happy for years. Artistic Director, David Jepson, said he's never read a funnier show! Wynn and Max Trueman are hosting their friends Abby and Roger Nash in their tiny country retreat. These are old friends – ones with plenty of troublesome baggage. The truth and lies of a friendship come to the surface during a weekend visit between the two couples. There are plenty of surprises along the way! “Prepare to die laughing ...” - Hamilton Spectator.
All cast and crew receive stipend payments for performances. For directions call the theatre or go to our website at www.granitetheatre.com
